Who we are

REVLO° is an Australian Shopify and ecommerce studio. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, use the project planner, create an account or subscribe to a support plan, we may collect your name, business name, email, phone number, store URL and the project details you provide.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card details.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver and bill support plans, and keep our records. Text you enter in the project planner is processed by an AI service to generate recommendations; we don't use it for anything else.

We don't sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers needed to run the studio, such as payment processing (Stripe), website hosting, data storage and email delivery. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia.

Keeping it secure

Enquiries and account details are stored securely and are only accessible to the studio. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.

Access and correction

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing hey@revlostudio.com.au. If you have a complaint, contact us first; you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
